HaloRail® Fall Arrest System – Full Kit 7 – 4.2m Long x 2.2mm Wide

Description

HaloRail® is a fall arrest safety rail, specifically designed for Dropside and Tipper bodied light commercial vehicles, to provide a firm fixed rail to grab hold of in the event of tripping whilst on the vehicle bed.

The side and rear rails can easily be demounted to allow for loading and unloading (e.g. via forklift) whilst still retained as part of the whole system, so cannot be left on the side of the road or back in the yard.

The system is mostly constructed from Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) tubing, which is not only lightweight, but incredibly strong and durable. The corner posts are held in place via stainless steel base feet, which you bolt to the vehicle bed.

Kits are supplied part assembled, with one end of each rail left loose to allow you to cut down the rail to the exact length, depending upon where you place the base foot.

The kits are easily installed in about an hour, and once the necessary parts have been bonded, are ready to use just a couple of hours later.

All required fixings and instructions are provided with the kit.

Note: All kits are purposely supplied longer than required to allow you the flexibility to fit where you can get fixings under the vehicle body.

These kits are universal and not vehicle specific.
